We ship by UPS ground (signature required) and USPS Parcel Service to the continental United States only.
We charge a flat rate for most products of $6.75 per order.
Most products will ship in one to three business days, and arrive in three to six days.

Warranty and Return Policy
All rechargeable products carry a one-year warranty provided by the manufacturer. Contact us should you need further information. Each manufacturer has a warranty on their product, we will do our best in assisting you should a problem arise.
Any product can be returned, unopened in perfect condition for a full refund, less shipping costs. Should for some reason we err, we will have the product picked up and replaced with the correct item at no cost to you.

We will provide terms of Thirty days to all Government accounts. Please call us at (800-953-1675) for a verbal order, and give us a PO if needed. Credit card payment is also accepted.
